What's Not Included
The following items are not included in your retreat registration:
• International airfare
• Transportation to and from the retreat property.
(We will recommend transfer services, and attendees are welcome to coordinate ride-sharing with fellow guests to help reduce costs.)
• Transportation outside of the scheduled excursions included in the retreat itinerary.
• Travel insurance, including trip cancellation, interruption, medical, and baggage coverage. (Please note: Out-of-country medical insurance is required.)
• Meals not specifically listed in the retreat itinerary.These are typically days away on excursion days
• Passport fees, visa fees (if applicable), or other travel documentation costs.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking to protect your investment and provide peace of mind while traveling.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please note that this retreat is non-refundable !
If you find that you are unable to attend, we will gladly assist in helping you sell your space. However, the sale of your space is not guaranteed, and the financial responsibility for the reservation remains with the registered attendee until the space has been successfully filled and paid for by another participant.
Within 60 days of the retreat start date, cancellations are no longer permitted, and spaces may not be sold or transferred to another attendee. If you are unable to attend within the 60-day window, you will receive the retreat class kits, project supplies, and retreat swag associated with the event.
Registrations are not transferable to another guest without prior approval from Terri Brush Retreats.
By registering for this retreat, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

October 2027Sleeping Arrangements
This is a women's retreat, and accommodations are based on shared rooms and shared bathrooms.
Our retreats are designed to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where friendships blossom and memories are made.
Occasionally, a limited number of private rooms may be available for an additional fee.
If you are interested in a private room, please email us for availability and pricing.
One thing I can tell you after hosting retreats for 18 years—women arrive as strangers and leave as friends. Roommates often become lifelong friends, sharing laughter, late-night conversations, adventures, and unforgettable memories together throughout the week.
We believe some of the magic of a retreat happens not only in the classroom but also in the connections made around the breakfast table, during evening chats, and while sharing a room with a fellow creative soul.
Agreement to Terms
By submitting your security deposit and registering for this retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all retreat policies, including the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your deposit serves as your acceptance of these terms and secures your place in the retreat. Because seating is limited and significant planning, venue commitments, and supply purchases are made in advance, all policies will be strictly enforced.

DocuSign Agreement Requirement
After submitting your deposit, you will receive a retreat agreement via DocuSign.
You will have 10 days from the date the agreement is sent to review and sign the document. Failure to complete and return the signed agreement within the 10-day period will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
If the agreement is not signed within the required timeframe:
- Your deposit will be forfeited.
- Your deposit cannot be transferred to another retreat or event.
- Your space will be released and will no longer be held in your name.
- The available space may be offered to another participant.
No exceptions will be made. Completing your DocuSign agreement promptly ensures your reservation is confirmed and your space remains secured.
